Also called Bai Hao Wang, this White tea from Ling Yun, China, is so named for the downy fuzz that covers the leaf buds that make up this tea. Less oxidised than that of even a green tea, white teas have a delicate flavour profile all their own. Brew just short of boiling for a bright, floral, slightly nutty, sweet tasting tea.
