Description
High Ceylon is grown at a high altitude of 4000 feet in Uva, Sri Lanka. The tropical climate and fluctuating temperatures mean that the plants grown here are on the edge of what is tolerable for a tea bush. The rewards however are great. This Ceylon boasts citrus aromas, bright and mellow tastes with a slight maltyness. Great with milk or in a blend.
