Mini Tuocha Pu-Erh, also called bird nest due to its shape, is a fermented green tea from Yunnan Province in China. It's steamed and pressed into little individually, paper wrapped pods. Each pod can brew up to three cups of a mild, musty, fresh earth like flavour tea. Sold by weight, 30g of the Tuochas equates to six pods. Brew with hot water just off boiling. Contains caffeine.
