Ying Ming black tea is grown at the incredibly high altitude of 4000 ft above sea level in Yunnan province China. It is only picked during March and April when the mountain air moist and cool. This gives the tea a full bodied and slightly sweet flavour which is good with or without milk. Great as a breakfast tea for those looking for something a little different than the standard English Breakfast.
